Roadside Attractions – who has distributed films such as The Cove and Winter’s Bone – has acquired U.S. and Latin American rights to Alexis Lloyd’s 30 Beats. Not only that, but IndieWire reported that the company has already set a theatrical and Video-On-Demand release date for the film: June 1st. (Remember: Lee Pace’s Ceremony had a similar VOD release.) Lee shot this film with Vahina Giocante, Jennifer Tilly, Paz de la Huerta, and Justin Kirk nearly three years ago, so it’ll be great to finally see the finished product.
