A new trailer showcasing 30 Beats has been released. This time, it’s the official U.S. trailer, which includes a few extra scenes from the French version. You can also watch it on – or download from – iTunes here. According to Apple, the release date for the film is now July 20th.

A new clip from 30 Beats is now available online, depicting Lee Pace and Vahina Giocante talking in a shower. (Needless to say, it’s probably considered NSFW even if there is no nudity.) A theme of curiosity runs throughout the short, 30-second scene, with the two characters discussing previous bedroom antics. 30 Beats will soon be released in France (March 21st); however, the States will see a limited theatrical and same day VOD release later this year, on June 1st.

The first Hobbit production video of 2012 has finally been posted! This time, the primary focus is on the various locations used for shooting. As before, there’s no sight of Lee Pace, but there’s great insight into the general production of this epic film, so it’s definitely worth checking out regardless. (I have a sneaking suspicion, however, that Thranduil just might debut in the next installment of these production video blogs.)

Roadside Attractions – who has distributed films such as The Cove and Winter’s Bone – has acquired U.S. and Latin American rights to Alexis Lloyd’s 30 Beats. Not only that, but IndieWire reported that the company has already set a theatrical and Video-On-Demand release date for the film: June 1st. (Remember: Lee Pace’s Ceremony had a similar VOD release.) Lee shot this film with Vahina Giocante, Jennifer Tilly, Paz de la Huerta, and Justin Kirk nearly three years ago, so it’ll be great to finally see the finished product.

Who’s the coolest off camera?
Everyone was pretty cool. Kellan was very nice. I was actually taken aback by how down to earth he is. He’s actually really smart and very down to earth and funny and fun. He is a total crack up. Everybody was doing prankster things. It was so much fun. Lee Pace and I had a joke toward the end of filming that our parents had dropped us off at summer camp and forgot to pick us up, that’s how great it is.

Better. Way better, way hotter, and he’s super sexy in this movie, too.

Yeah, we did. I’m still friendly with him. I saw him in New York a month ago.

30 Beats is finally getting ready to be released (in France), which means the film is also receiving more coverage. Luckily for fans, that means the studio is also releasing film stills! There are three new stills featuring Lee Pace – and co-star, Vahina Giocante – from the upcoming titillating film. The impressively high-quality images have all been added to the gallery. The first trailer for Alexis Lloyd’s upcoming film, 30 Beats, has finally been released. There’s quite a lot of footage of Lee Pace in it (and I do mean a lot), playing against Paz de la Huerta, Vahina Giocante, and Condola Rashad. Be aware that the trailer is not safe for work due to nudity. The film, “which follows a chain reaction of encounters between characters connected by the laws of sexual attraction,” will have its French premiere in March. Hopefully we can expect a U.S. release date to be announced soon as well.

A new production video for The Hobbit has recently been released, this one focusing on the various locations of the film. It looks like a lot of work traveling all over New Zealand – from studios to specific landscapes – just to capture Middle Earth perfectly! Like all the other production videos, it’s really engaging and worth checking out if you’re at all interested in behind the scenes footage (regardless of whether the actors are featured). Once again, Lee Pace doesn’t make an appearance in this one, but I’d recommend a watch if you have the time.

A new teaser trailer for the highly anticipated The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has finally been released! It gives a brief look into the Tolkien world as brought to life once again by Peter Jackson. Unfortunately, Lee Pace is not featured in the trailer this time, but it’s definitely worth checking out regardless — it looks breathtaking! An Unexpected Journey will reach movie theaters on December 14, 2012.
